Stan Void - Transcience

Hailing from Russia, but now residing in New York, Stan Void’s debut release on Solaris is a quality slice of deep, progressive trance, with remix duties falling to Dutchman Jorn Van Deynhoven, who serves up a peaktime floorfiller.
 
The original mix is anchored by a driving bassline, crisp percussion with a progressive edge, and soft, warm harmonies floating above. As it reaches the deep breakdown smooth guitar strings are woven in before the melodies take over delivering an emotive soundscape.
 
The remix which has been heavily played by the likes of Ferry Corsten, Marcus Schossow and Super8 & Tab, builds on the original melodies and sounds but ups the tempo by toughening up the percussion and melodies to create a more uplifting version, with lots of hands in the air moments.
