Fatal shooting at SeOne London

A 24-year-old man was fatally shot during Bobby & Steve's party with Kenny Dope inside the SeOne club in London Bridge on Sunday morning, around 5:30AM. Trident, the Metropolitan Police's specialist unit set up to deal with gun crime in the black community, is investigating the murder.

A Met spokesman said "Inquiries into the circumstances of the fatal shooting are ongoing and an open mind is being kept as regards to motive". Anyone with information can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

No-one from SeOne was available for comment currently, and we don't yet know if the club is going to be closed in the forthcoming weeks - as usually is the case with clubs where shootings take place in London. It raises the question as to what will happen to next week's Minus Contakt London event, which has now sold out of advance tickets and will almost certainly hit capacity on the night of the event. Our bet would be that it would move down the road to The Arches in Southwark, which would otherwise be hosting a weekly gay night.
