The End & Global Underground join South West Four

A host of new additions have been made to this year’s South West Four line-up on Saturday 29th August, with announcements of arena hosts The Gallery (as always), The End presents Shake It (the new promotion from the team behind the recently departed club, who staged their first awesome warehouse party recently) and prog kings Global Underground.

In terms of DJs, they’ve added Layo & Bushwacka, Danny Howells, James Lavelle, Nic Fanciulli, Nick Warren, Jim Rivers and Anil Chawla. “I was blown away by SW4” says Layo, referring to his debut set at last summer’s South West Four festival. “We had an early afternoon set and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was packed and had a great crowd and atmosphere. It was a highlight of my summer”

“Danny [from SW4] approached us and it was great to be asked because London is our home” he said of their arena hosting. “SW4 is already an amazing event and we are doing new parties in the form of “Shake It” so the combination felt perfect. We’re really looking forward to it.”

“Global Underground is happy to be bringing its sound to SW4” says the label’s main man Andy Horsfield. “It’s been a while since I found a festival good enough for us to want to be involved. Global Underground is proud to be hosting a stage this year at South West Four.”

You can also now get Weekend Tickets for £70 + booking fee if you want to go to Get Loaded In The Park on the Sunday and enjoy the likes of Orbital, Röyksopp, Laurent Garnier (live), Miss Kitten & The Hacker, Pendulum (DJ set), Felix Da Housecat, Chase & Status, Crookers, The Bloody Beetroots, Rob da Bank, Steve Aoki, Eddy Temple Morris, Trip and Esser – which let’s face it, you do.
