Italoboyz say Bla Bla Bla to the Mothership
Ever since Claude VonStroke’s Mothership imprint broke the Italoboyz with the operatic anthem, “Viktor Casanova”, the acts releases have been highly anticipated but none more so than “Bla Bla Bla”, the duo’s debut long player
“Bla Bla Bla” explores the Italoboyz commingling aesthetic wonderfully, and as such is fittingly opened with a collaborative track, “Where is London?”, alongside innovative French act Masomenos. Those of you familiar with Italoboyz music will be aware of its roots in the fusion of organic and electronic sounds, and the collision of genres as varied as jazz, opera and folk with what we traditionally know as house and techno.
Perhaps inspired by Marco and Federico’s initial move to London, or the swift shift into success as DJs and producers, it’s this movement of sounds and ideas which really makes “Bla Bla Bla”. “Bla Bla Bla” is released late-September on Mothership.
