Speaking from Covent Garden’s Hospital Club, Lauren Laverne has today revealed the nominations for the Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize 2010.
16 Years after being nominated for the release of
Wild Wood, Paul Weller is once again in the frame to win the prestigious award following his record,
Wake Up The Nation. The other front runners for the £20,000 prize are former winner Dizzee Rascal whose
Tongue N’ Cheek has received much critical acclaim and The XX’s debut album,
XX.
